At 21 Shagun, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand the importance of every item in your wedding celebration. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds, considering the traditional, custom, and ceremonial nature of many of our products.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) must be intact and returned with the product.
  • The item must not fall under the "Non-Returnable Items" listed in Section 3 below.
  • Your return request will be approved after checking your unpacked ( Product Package Opening) video. It should be uncut and four sides with full packing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specific nature, the following categories of products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Any product altered, embroidered, or made to specific measurements per your request (e.g., a Bridal Poshak stitched to a particular size, a Safa with custom colors).
  • Jewelry Items: All bridal and groom jewelry sets (e.g., Mathapatti, Hath-Phool, Borla, Nath, Bajuband) for hygiene and security reasons.
  • Ritual & Ceremonial Items: Products intended for use in sacred ceremonies, such as Mod, Kalash, used Pooja Thali, or Kankan-Dora, once they have been used in any ritual.
  • Innerwear & Related Items: Any intimate apparel or related accessories.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page or at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Within 2 days of delivery, at Call / WhatsApp +91 86197 57644 or email us at info@21shagun.in with your order number, the product name, and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all parts and tags, and mail it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Upon successful inspection, we will initiate your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it is processed. The timing depends on your bank or payment gateway.
  • Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@21shagun.in. Provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund at no extra cost to you, including any return shipping.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, our standard return policy applies. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.

8. Exchanges

We primarily handle exchanges for size issues on non-custom apparel (subject to stock availability). Please contact us to check availability. If the desired size/color is not available, we will process a refund instead.

9. Offline Store Purchases

Purchases made directly at our physical store in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, are final and not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is discovered at the time of purchase.
