These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.21shagun.in (the “Website”), the 21 Shagun mobile application (the “App”), and your purchases from our offline store located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

The Services are operated by 21 Shagun (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Rajasthani wedding accessories shop offering products such as Bridal Poshak and Jewelry, Rajputi Groom Accessories (Safa, Crossbelt), Wedding Ritual Items (Toran, Mod), Decoration, and Gift Packing.

2. Your Account and Orders

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All orders placed through our Website or App are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all transactions.

3. Products, Pricing, and Descriptions

We strive to display our products, including colors and details, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product, like specific jewelry designs or decoration sets, without prior notice.

4. Payment and Billing

We use secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current and valid payment information.
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Online Orders: We ship across India. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Offline Store: Products can be purchased directly from our store in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Please contact us for available stock and in-store pickup options for online orders.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Given the traditional and often custom nature of many wedding accessories, our policy is designed with care:

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 2 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags attached. This typically applies to non-custom, non-personalized items like packing trays (Tokari), certain decoration items, or standard Safas.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, custom, or ceremonial reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return: Personalized items, jewelry sets (Bridal or Groom), ritual items like used Mod or Kalash, and custom-stitched or altered clothing (Bridal Poshak, Kurta).
Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at info@21shagun.in within the eligible period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website and App, including logos, text, images, and product designs, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

21 Shagun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
