6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 2 days of delivery for items in original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags attached. This typically applies to non-custom, non-personalized items like packing trays (Tokari), certain decoration items, or standard Safas.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene, custom, or ceremonial reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return: Personalized items, jewelry sets (Bridal or Groom), ritual items like used Mod or Kalash, and custom-stitched or altered clothing (Bridal Poshak, Kurta).
- Process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at info@21shagun.in within the eligible period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product.
